The Questions of Waste Grease Collection System

The waste grease collection system is using for wind turbine, in order to suck out the old grease of wind turbine bearing, and let new grease put into the bearing.

Here are some common questions about waste grease collection system:
Q:How many grease suction and discharge units are needed? Why?
A:Different solutions are supplied for different wind turbines. Based on the overall design of a wind turbine and considering the dynamic balance between grease supply and drainage. We will properly arrange the positions ad numbers of grease suction and discharge units

Q:How do you ensure the grease sucked out is exactly the waste grease?
A:As soon as fresh grease is discharged into bearings, it will be involved in forming grease film and being consumed. It is unpractical to determine the ratio of fresh grease to waste grease. The CLS and WGCS keep on supplying the fresh grease and sucking the waste grease, to achieve the dynamic balance of grease in bearings.

Q:What kind and model of oil is filled in the hydraulic pump?Will it be lost?Need to refill it or not?
A:Low temp anti wear hydraulic oil: HV46. It will not be lost, but needs replacing periodically.
